Deposits and Cancellations

All reservations are secured with a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

Due to the nature of our unique location and all the idiosyncrasies associated with the planning and delivery of goods and services, all reservation deposits are nontransferable.

Cancellation Policy


Cancellations 60 days or less before your scheduled event are 50% nonrefundable/nontransferable.

The Balance on your event is Due 30 days in advance.

Cancellations 29 days or less are 100% nonrefundable/nontransferable.

Please plan accordingly.

Prices are determined on a per person basis upon booking. If people in your group cancel, the above terms apply.


Weather related cancellations fall under the same auspices as our regular Cancellation Policy.

Unfortunately we have to plan your event long before a weather event takes place. 

In the event that Sulphur Creek Ranch cancels your reservation, you have the option to transfer your reservation to the next season securing the same date or receive your deposit back.
